What is the return policy for Certified listings?
Certified listings sold by Bicycle Blue Book have a 30-day hassle-free return policy, provided:
- The item is returned in the same condition as when purchased
- Freight and insurance costs are paid by the buyer (unless the return is due to a Bicycle Blue Book error)
- Prior approval from Bicycle Blue Book is obtained
- Items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Bicycle Blue Book accepts one (1) warranty return per customer per year
- Reimbursements are processed within 72 hours of receipt
How are returns handled for Verified Store listings?
Verified Stores manage their own returns, exchanges, warranties, and customer service. The store's return policy must be clearly stated in the item listing.
What is the return policy for Direct Seller listings?
For Direct Seller listings:
- Buyers have up to two (2) days after delivery to report issues
- All disputes are handled between the buyer and seller
- The seller's return policy should be stated in the listing

BBB Wholesale inventory is sold as-is, but Bicycle Blue Book handles returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
